Inclusio’s software enables anyone to create accessible content and consume it in their preferred medium. With Inclusio, we can take in multiple input data formats and output it across both mainstream platforms (mobile and web apps) and the most highly used assistive platforms, many of which are pioneered by our team and partners, enabling individuals to experience content anywhere, anytime, and in any way while enabling teachers and content providers to rapidly generate inclusive content. 

Three key tenets compose Inclusio: a content platform, automated conversion using Artificial Intelligence (AI), and an accessible authoring suite. Through our partnerships, Inclusio will host the most highly used content in the blind and low vision (BLV) community but will leap it forward to work across multiple output platforms – a key value to users. Through AI and automation capabilities, Inclusio will cover the most highly requested graphics from individuals with BLV and their teachers to reduce the time to creation in high need areas and to build out learning pathways for future automation. Finally, the accessible authoring suite enables human-in-the-loop creation and content optimization, rooted in best practices and standards. 

A key advantage of Inclusio is our human-centered, iterative design and development approach, where rapid user testing and inclusion of individuals with BLV drive our blueprint. Working with our partner schools and existing user bases, Inclusio will initially reach learners in the school setting, targeting schools with high BLV case loads and residential schools for the blind to garner initial traction. Sustainability beyond this initial market will service the broader persons with disabilities community.
